Dr Scott Allison joined Queen St Medical Centre in August 2017. He graduated medical school at the University of Queensland in 2011 and completed two years of Emergency Medicine specialist training before moving into General Practice. Scott is also a Reservist Medical Officer in the Australian Army, a lecturer for UQ School of Medicine and an Accredited Exercise Physiologist involved in medical supervision of Crossfit athletes at regional competitions. Scott’s interests include sports medicine, sexual health (including counselling & guidance for accessing PrEP), travel medicine, military medicine, skin cancer medicine, dermatology and is currently undertaking a Master of Medicine in skin cancer.

Dr Elle Bolster
B Biomed Sci (Hons), MBBS, FRACGP
Dr Elle Bolster completed her medical degree at Griffith University. Elle is LGBTI friendly and has special interests in sexual health, travel health, cosmetic medicine and sports injuries. With guidelines and new technologies always changing, Elle keeps up to date with current best practice guidelines for women’s health, pre-pregnancy counselling, fertility and antenatal care. Preventative health is Elle’s focus and patients find her enthusiastic, thorough and genuinely caring. Elle cares just as much for animals and in the past has enjoyed working as a Qualified Dog Trainer. She encourages patients to bring in a picture of your pooch for her wall! On the days she’s not at Queen Street Medical Centre, Dr Elle practices as a cosmetic physician at B Clinic.
Elle is available Tuesday, Wednesday and alternate Fridays.

Dr Sophie Guerrini, a graduate of the Lyon Medical school in France and with an Australian qualification also, has over 23 years general practice experience. Sophie speaks fluent French, therefore consultations are offered in both French and English. She has a keen interest in family medicine and women’s health. Dr Guerrini performs medicals required to work in New Caledonia.
Dr Guerrini is available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and alternate Fridays.
Dr Colin Rigg
Dr Colin Rigg joined Queen St Medical Centre in October 2016. Colin completed his medical studies in the United Kingdom before relocating to Australia in 1992. He has over 20 years’ experience as a GP and brings a broad range of medical knowledge to the practice team. Colin encourages active patient participation in consultations and inclusiveness in decision making about your health care.
Dr Colin works Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday and offers appointments through to 6pm on both Wednesday and Friday.
Dr Jagtar (Jack) Rakhra
Dr Jack is a regular locum at Queen St Medical Centre and has been a practicing GP for over 30 years. Jack graduated from Glasgow university, Scotland in 1976, then migrated to Brisbane in 1978. He worked at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital and The Prince Charles Hospital before starting in general practice in 1981 in Chermside. He enjoys all aspects of general practice and is a proud grandfather to a delightful grandson. When he is not caring for patients, Jack enjoys reading, walking swimming and playing senior soccer.
Dr Ria Warfe
BSc, MBBS, FRACGP
Dr Ria Warfe is a specialist General Practitioner with extensive experience working in the Brisbane community. Her focus is on preventative care, while her interests include adolescent health, women’s health, paediatrics and mental health. Ria has comprehensive experience with international students, having previously worked at QUT. Dr Warfe has previously worked for the Brisbane Youth Service in supporting both the physical and mental health of 12-25 year olds, in addition to providing mental health care to a private Brisbane psychiatric hospital. When she isn’t working, Ria enjoys spending time with her family, being active and relaxing at the beach. Ria studied Medicine at Griffith University and obtained an undergraduate degree in Science from Australian National University.
Ria is available four days a week, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Dr Terry Beer
After many years of dedicated service to his patients, Dr Terry Beer retired in May 2015. Terry was a formidable Doctor who provided comprehensive care to the Brisbane community for many years here at Queen Street Medical Centre. He is fondly remembered by both patients and staff.
After practicing for over 25 in general practice, 15 of those at Queen Street Medical Centre, Dr Malcolm Godfrey retired in May 2018. Malcolm was a much loved Doctor among patients for his compassionate approach to medicine, always going that extra step for patients.
